You automatically become a member of the Nebraska Music Education Association (NMEA) when you join the National Association for Music Education (NAfME). All membership payments are handled through the NAfME website. Click the link below to join or renew today!

Active Membership - $140

Open to individuals who are actively engaged in music education. |
Retired Membership - $70 |

Open to former music educators who have retired from teaching or other music-related educational work, and who have been members of NMEA for at least ten consecutive years prior to seeking retired membership status. |
Introductory Active Membership - $70 |

Open to individuals in their first year of full-time music teaching or other music-related education work who have been collegiate members during the preceding fiscal year. |
Collegiate Membership - $38 |
$31 to NAfME

Open to full-time music education students at an accredited Nebraska college or university who are not employed as full-time teachers. |
