Conference Dates

Due to the recent announcement of the move of the University of Nebraska to the Big Ten Conference, NMEA Conference dates starting in 2011 may move one day forward or backward. Details will be posted here as soon as the Big 10/Nebraska football schedule is announced.

New Dates Announced for the 2011 NMEA Conference

The dates for the 2011 NMEA In-service Conference/Clinic will be adjusted slightly. During 2011the Conference will begin on Wednesday afternoon (rather than Thursday) and conclude on Friday (rather than Saturday.) The changes are needed due to availability of hotels and session facilities due to the recent announcement of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln football schedule. UNL will host home football games on the Saturday before Thanksgiving in 2011 – during the usual last day of the NMEA Conference/Clinic.  Please note these changes for 2011 and notify all necessary school officials to avoid conflicts during that year.
