Young Music Educator
The NMEA Outstanding Young Music Educator award is given in recognition of meritorious service and outstanding promise in music education. Nominees for this award should epitomize every facet of excellence in music teaching in Nebraska. More than one nominee may receive this award in a given year. Recipients of this prestigious award are inducted at the annual awards and recognition banquet at the in-service conference/clinic.
Detailed information about the Outstanding Young Music Educator award is included in the February issue of the Nebraska Music Educator magazine. An application for submitting names appears in both the February and April issues of the magazine, with a deadline of September15.
