Outstanding Music Educator
The NMEA Music Educator of the Year award is given in recognition of meritorious service in music education. Nominees for this award should epitomize every fact of excellence in music teaching in Nebraska. Only one award will be given each year. Recipients of this prestigious award are inducted at the annual awards and recognition banquet at the in-service conference/clinic.
Detailed information about the Music Educator of the Year award is included in the February issue of the Nebraska Music Educator magazine. Information about and an application form appears in both the February and April issues of the magazine, with a deadline of September 15.
